Plum Properties, LLC is a real estate investment firm operating in Kentucky and Southern Indiana.  We have several strategies for buying and selling properties, and we specialize in utilizing creative techniques "outside" the normal real estate transaction.

 

We specialize in helping Sellers sell when the "normal" sales route won't work for them, and we help Buyers buy when they can't buy the "normal" way (ie get a loan).
