When I started this process, I was skeptical because I did not know Ron and there were so many scams that were being presented to the public. When he explained his process to me, he was honest, upfront and made a lot of sense. What spoke to me was he did not make claims to fix everything for a big upfront fee. Ron told me what his goals were, although nothing was guaranteed, and he came through on all of them. He was able to sell my house for less than what was owed, with no deficiency to me, even though both mortgages were at a loss. I walked away with no deficit from the transaction, avoiding a foreclosure and possibly bankruptcy. I was amazed at his diligence in all phases of the process, while keeping us up to date on where we are now and what avenues we were taking from here. He took control of the entire situation and made a difficult situation easier than I ever could have imagined it. He not only handled all of the negotiations with the lenders, he overcame obstacles that I never would have thought possible. Ron is the epitome of professionalism, with a sincere caring for the people he works with. My advice is to call him and see for yourself. Honestly, it will not be wasted time.

When we purchased our first home we were on cloud nine.  Five years later we were having issues being able to afford our home.  My husbands work was relocating and we were behind on our mortgage.  We had to sell or face foreclosure.  We truly had exhausted just about every option there was.   Ron came over and looked at the property, asked about our situation.  We had to fill out some paperwork, and really thats all we had to do.  Ron dealt with the mortgage company and thank goodness for that.  Even though we were in the process of relocating, Ron kept in touch via phone or email.  I was not able to make it back for closing so they sent me the paperwork and I got all the documents notoarized and overnighted them back. We were able to short sale our house.  I know thats not the greatest thing in the world but its better than a foreclosure on your credit.   I have to say that I am so grateful to Ron.  He was my saving grace.  I could not have done ANY of this without him.
